BACP Registered Member in both the Counselling and Coaching divisions, with a Master’s degree in Counselling, Psychotherapy and Coaching from BACP-accredited training. I work with ages 17 and over.

Supporting with anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, low self-esteem, trauma, compulsive behaviours, substance misuse (including alcohol, gambling and digital addictions). Relationship difficulties, family dynamics and life transitions.

I have experience working with LGBT+ clients, including alternative relationships, hook-ups, open relationships and HIV

I also offer career, life and leadership coaching, alongside self-development support.
